Responsibilities Design for TikTok Tablet, Web and related AR platforms that target global users Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, UX writers, and engineers Participate in every aspect of the product development process, from generating ideas to refining pixel-perfect designs before launch Rapidly prototype conceptual product ideas, design user flows based on data analysis and user research, gather feedback from various stakeholders, iterate on designs, and deliver products with the best user experience Continuously optimize and take responsibility for the overall product experience Skills Experience in UX and UI design, having led multiple design projects from strategy to launch, with strong attention to detail Familiar with Design System for mobile, tablet as well as desktop Ability to iterate quickly and generate a wide range of design concepts Open-minded and receptive to feedback, with a patient attitude Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of handling rapid changes and less-than-ideal situations Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating your concepts, vision, and decision-making Global vision and mentality, actively paying attention to global internet products 1+ years of experience designing UX for consumer-facing products across mobile, tablet and web Experience with A/B testing and data-driven practices Experience working with multiple stakeholders across the organization Familiarity with front-end programming and prototyping tools Having experience in building AI Agents and using Vibe Coding will be a plus Passion and enthusiasm for TikTok and its community!
