You will work closely with our Lead Product Designer, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, impactful, and visually stunning designs that leverage the power of AI to solve real-world problems. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a passion for AI-driven innovation, and the ability to lead our process, standards and rituals within the team. Our Generative AI team will act as a central hub, collaborating with existing teams to deliver GenAI-enabled solutions within their scopes, identifying and leading new GenAI initiatives, and building the backend architecture to serve GenAI models at scale, all while controlling costs.This role is part of our "Platform" organization. In Platform, our mission is to build systems, tools, and capabilities that empower all our product teams to deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers. This is a remote position open to candidates based in Portugal, Poland or Spain. We are currently unable to consider applications from individuals residing outside these countries.What you will be doing: Contribute to the design vision, process, and strategy for generative AI projects, ensuring compatibility with user needs and business goals. Collaborate with senior designers, product managers, and researchers on defining and visualizing customer experiences through tools like personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks. Work within cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to craft end-to-end user experiences. Participate in design rituals and contribute to maintaining design standards, guidelines, and best practices across the team. Rapidly design, prototype, and test concepts for features and products with guidance from senior team members. Assist in planning and participating in co-creation workshops with product teams, collaborators, and business partners. Communicate design ideas and decisions effectively, ensuring stakeholders understand the rationale and approach. Embrace experimentation, leveraging data and feedback to iterate on design solutions and improve user experiences. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on delivering quality and meeting deadlines. Keep up with industry trends, tools, and best practices in design and AI applications. Who we’re looking for: Proven experience in product design. Experience working on AI or data-driven products is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Proficiency in all different stages of product design, from discovery and ideation to deliverables and implementation. Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset; you thrive in collective problem-solving and value contributions from others. Curiosity and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with a self-starting attitude. Strong data-driven mindset with a focus on improving user outcomes through design. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and solutions clearly. Willingness to learn and grow under mentorship, with the confidence to share your insights and ideas.
