Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and executive-level decision-makers in the construction industry
Deliver comprehensive sales coverage, focusing on key product offerings, including Cloud, HR Management, and Project Management
Utilize CRM software to monitor, analyze, and communicate sales data, informing product and service planning
Maintain the highest ethical standards, adhering to our company values and code of conduct
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the construction industry
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas of $500k+
Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and build strong customer relationships
Technical proficiency in Salesforce.com and experience with CRM software
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the construction industry, with a deep understanding of the market and its challenges
Excellent negotiating and closing skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal resources and external customers
