Role SummaryThe Product team conducts research, defines product behavior, and evaluates our models to guide the behavior of models behind le Chat and APIs. The team is responsible for improving the overall quality of both our models and products - defining and delivering the new frontier.As a Product Behaviour Architect, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping LLM system behavior to align to our product goals. We’re looking for people who have experience with Web Search, Prosumer Products, and are experts in model evaluation, prompt engineering, and policy writing. Conduct research around new search capabilities, conversational design, and tool calling, leveraging and developing tools such as synthetic data, context distillation, and model training to shape the product and model behaviour of le Chat, our APIs, and our models.•
Build evaluations and pipelines to facilitate the development and research in this area.• I
