We are looking for a Middle/Senior Product Analyst to join our team and help us drive data-informed product growth through research, experimentation, and actionable insights. Your main tasks will be: • Designing and conducting product experiments (defining test duration, evaluating A/B test results, and determining statistical significance). • Supporting the generation, prioritization, validation, and evaluation of hypotheses (“what happens if…?”). • Identifying causes of anomalies and metric deviations, and proactively signaling product issues. • Searching for growth opportunities and developing hypotheses to improve key product metrics. • Creating and maintaining product dashboards for continuous monitoring and decision-making. Hard skills: • Higher education in mathematics, statistics, or a technical field. • Solid knowledge and practical use of mathematical statistics and probability theory. • Proficiency in data extraction, processing, and visualization tools (MS SQL, Python, Excel, SuperSet). • Proven experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests. • Strong understanding of core product and marketing metrics (LTV, CPA, Retention, CR, etc.). Soft skills: • Product thinking: ability to translate metrics into user behavior insights and identify growth opportunities. • System thinking: capacity to see the bigger picture and reason both top-down and bottom-up. • Critical thinking: challenges data quality and assumptions; performs cross-validation of conclusions. • Effective communication: • Uses data-driven storytelling and clear structure in presentations. • Explains complex concepts in simple language. • Communicates insights with clear call-to-action and expected impact. • Builds alignment and confidently defends analytical results. • Ownership and accountability: • Takes initiative instead of waiting for assigned tasks. • Owns results end-to-end and ensures delivery to completion.
