As a provider relations recruiter, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with customers, legal providers, and internal stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative – Provider Relations Recruiter, your key responsibilities will include: * Assisting customers with locating a qualified legal provider for their legal needs, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the process * Building and maintaining our network of legal providers by researching and utilizing various online and referral recruitment resources * Introducing and promoting the CLC Legal Program to legal providers through cold calling and other outreach efforts * Validating legal providers' professional licensing through local and state agencies to ensure compliance and quality * Managing a caseload of 25+ customers, providing timely and effective support to meet their needs and exceed expectations * Successfully recruiting for individual customer referrals, network partnerships, legal class requests, and other special promotions/assignments * Meeting or exceeding established company standards of provider and member satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and timelines **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * Compassionate and courteous communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, legal providers, and internal stakeholders * Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple cases * Ability to accurately retain and document large amounts of information, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy * A willing, "can-do" attitude, with a proactive approach to seeking out best solutions and outcomes for our customers and providers * High school or equivalent education (preferred) **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field * Familiarity with the legal industry and/or provider relations * Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities * Proficiency in CRM software and other technology platforms **Work Environment & Physical Demands** This role operates in a professional office environment, with regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
