Reports to: Senior Product Manager Job Responsibilities: • Conduct research, perform trend analysis, and provide observations on target markets • Analyze competitor product rates, rules, and forms on an independent basis and make appropriate recommendations • Assist in development of policy forms, notifications, and manuals as well as marketing material for personal lines products • Track, analyze and interpret laws, regulations, and competitor activity relevant to automobile insurance • Collaborate in the creation of rate, rule, and form filings • Work with IT to implement system changes and enhancements – including drafting of requirements documents and system testing • Support internal reporting and analysis needs using industry and company data Qualifications: • 2-5 years of relevant analytical experience • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in an analytical field of study • Superior analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail • Proficiency using software to extract, analyze, organize, and communicate data to support decision making – advanced Excel skills required, SQL experience a plus • 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance, including coverage concepts, rating procedures, and underwriting philosophies preferred Benefits At Falcon Insurance Company (“Falcon”) we are committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package to ensure a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
