Already, more than 1% of all hires occur through the HeyJobs platform.We offer you an influential role in a fast-growing company:As a Product Analyst, you will work closely with our Product Managers to understand their needs, you will deliver analyses and reporting, but most importantly you will be instrumental in building the underlying data models that fuel our analytical tools and experimentation engine for both the Talent and the Recruiter side of the Product. Your data models, dashboards, metrics, analysis, self-service data tools, and most importantly your ownership and drive will empower them to make the right decisions.In this role, you can earn an annual target salary between 55.000 - 65.000 €.Your personal development and promotion opportunities are also guaranteed with us. Derive key messages and conclusions of the analysis and enable actionable measures.Analyse the user behaviour in our Talent and Recruiter Platforms and build relevant data models to support in understanding and shaping the user journey.Proactively improve our A/B testing landscape, and set the foundation for the Product Managers to uncover user pain points, reduce churn, identify and set up user segmentation, implement funnels and cohort analyses.Understand and shape our web tracking infrastructure.Independently deliver on projects, such as complex analyses and dashboards, build reporting for end-users, and execute tasks successfully that impact the team's OKRs.Define new metrics and make sure that KPI definitions are aligned and help to improve overall data literacy across all parts of the organizationProactively identify data needs and quality issues, define data quality improvements, and if needed also coordinate their implementation with our Data Warehouse Engineers. What sets you up for successA degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.Strong proficiency in SQL.Hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting, with proven skills in visualizing data and building dashboards using Tableau (or similar tools like Looker, Power BI, Qlik Sense).Familiarity with product and web analytics tools such as Kubit, Mixpanel, Segment, or Indicative is a strong plus.A solid foundation in inferential statistics, particularly the best practices and limitations of hypothesis testing.Experience with Python is a plus.Fluent in English (written and verbal); German skills are a plus.❤️‍ What you will love about usPeople & Values: We treat people in the way people should be treated, we bring out the best in everyone, we put our people first.
