Regional Head of APAC Tech and Service Sales - KYC OnboardingClient lifecycle managementFinancial Crime | KYC | Client Onboarding | Managed ServicesLocation: Hong Kong, Remote (APAC-based) About the RoleDelta Capita is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Regional Head of APAC Tech and Service Sales - CLM to lead our regional growth strategy across Client Lifecycle Management, KYC, and Financial Crime services. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of go-to-market execution, client engagement, and revenue growth across the APAC region.In this client-facing role, you’ll support the full sales lifecycle—owning prospecting, proposal development, and early-stage solutioning. You’ll work closely with global leadership, delivery teams, and subject matter experts to expand our footprint across Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions, driving innovation in onboarding, compliance, and managed services.This is a high-growth area of the business, with a strong client base and ambitious expansion plans. You’ll work alongside experienced delivery leads and subject matter experts to grow revenue and build trusted partnerships with some of the world’s top financial institutions.What You’ll Be DoingSupport and execute the go-to-market strategy for CLM and Financial Crime services across APACBuild and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, identifying and qualifying new opportunitiesAssist in creating and delivering commercial proposals, pricing models, and RFP responsesLead prospecting efforts, from first meetings to pitch presentations, with support from senior leadershipUnderstand client challenges across onboarding, KYC, and regulatory change—and position Delta Capita’s solutions to meet these needsAttend industry events and client meetings to build market visibility and generate leadsRequirementsWhat We’re Looking For7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement in financial services or consultingProven success in selling CLM, KYC, AML, or RegTech solutions across APACPossess a well-established professional network across relevant industriesKnowledge of Client Lifecycle Management, KYC, onboarding, or Financial Crime frameworksExperience with Managed Services, RegTech, or transformation delivery modelsStrong commercial acumen and understanding of enterprise sales processes: RFPs, pricing, stakeholder managementExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across stakeholder levelsA self-starter mentality with the confidence to operate autonomously and drive initiatives forwardProven ability to take ownership of opportunities, follow through with precision, and deliver results under pressureA natural sense of initiative and resourcefulness, with a track record of identifying opportunities and creating momentumA desire to be part of a high-growth team, with the ambition to scale business and grow within the roleWhy Join Delta CapitaBe part of a high-growth global firm reinventing financial services through technology and mutualised servicesLead a strategic business unit with autonomy and executive visibilityCollaborate with industry experts and innovators across CLM and Financial CrimeFlexible remote working with access to top-tier clients across APACMake a tangible impact in a fast-evolving regulatory and compliance landscapeHow We WorkDelta Capita is an equal opportunity employer.
