Job Summary of Product Advisor:
The main objective of this role is to deliver outstanding guest experiences by offering personalized service, extensive product expertise, and achieving notable sales performance. Responsibilities include engaging with guests, demonstrating product usage, upholding store standards, participating in on-site events, and fostering a positive team dynamic that is inclusive. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Product Advisor:
• Deliver extraordinary service by welcoming and aiding patrons, offering individualized recommendations, and sharing information about items and special promotions.
• Accomplish or outperform store aims pertaining to retail sales, service revenues, loyalty schemes, and multi-channel strategies.
• Oversee dealings, repayments, trade-ins, and help clients with virtual shopping through Ulta Beauty's applications.
• Demonstrate products through makeup demonstrations and skincare assessments to encourage customer interaction and drive revenue.
• Aid in managing service appointments and executing in-store events that enhance the quality of the guest experience.
• Uphold the appearance of product exhibits, banners, and hygienic standards in designated locations such as the sales floor, restroom facilities, and breakroom.
• Partake in inventory tasks, resetting merchandise displays, and managing shipments based on Ulta Beauty expectations.
Qualifications and Experience of Product Advisor:
• The ideal candidate would possess a high school diploma.
• - It is preferred that candidates possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Expressed a sincere interest in serving guests well and possessing extensive product knowledge.
• Competent in the utilization of technology, encompassing POS systems and portable devices.
• Displays excellent interpersonal capabilities and the capacity to collaborate as well as work independently.
• - Open to working a schedule that includes weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
