Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Process Specialist for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
• 80% – Production / Customer Service:
• Review and process agent change requests, ensuring all required documentation is received. Obtain missing information as needed, update systems of record, and notify all impacted parties of approved changes.
• 15% – Relationship Management:
• Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to agent changes.
• 5% – Process Improvement:
• Participate in special projects and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Communication skills (Business writing), Critical thinking, professional, analytical skills
• Open to any years of experience
• CSM, Salesforce, Word/Excel preferred
• Good communication skills
• Business writing
• Open for any type of experience
• Professional candidate
• Cmc System or salesforce – nice to have
