By leveraging Process Mining, you will provide transparency into complex real-world business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive process transformations. Furthermore, you will use Process Mining as a steppingstone to automation and intelligent agent deployment within the UiPath platform, enabling end-to-end digital transformation in collaboration with clients.What you'll do at UiPathImplement end-to-end Process Mining projects across various processes, clients and industriesEngage in discovery and identification of processes to be mined and mapping the customer’s business processes considering the available dataCommunicate and work with process SMEs to define requirements for Process Mining applicationsPropose business KPIs tailored to the selected process(es), facilitate the communication and validation of the business KPIsWork closely with data engineers to develop Process Mining applications and to build custom dashboards and KPIsValidate technical implementation and facilitate the mitigation of risks and issues throughout the development phaseReveal process inefficiencies & bottlenecks and turn those insights into actionsPerform confirmatory and exploratory analysis, identify opportunities, and recommend optimal solutionsCreate, analyze and present data-driven business cases for proposed process improvements to business leaders and technical expertsDeliver demos, business training, and support for new or existing clientsWhat you'll bring to the teamUniversity Degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Computer Science3+ years as a Business Analyst, Process Owner in Finance and Accounting, Process Improvement specialistHands-on experience in working with data and creating visualizations using Process Mining and/or BI toolsStrong process minded and data-driven thinking, problem solving and solution orientedStrong business process management/improvement experienceAbility to engage with stakeholders to understand and respond to their needs in rapidly changing business environmentsEffective communication skills & team player attitudeFluent written and spoken English, proficiency in other European languages is desiredNice to haveExperience navigating, designing and implementing data modelsExperience in designing and implementing ETL pipelines to extract, transform and load data using data extraction tools (e.g. CData, Theobald Xtract Universal, Alteryx, data loading scripts) and SQL queriesKnowledge of SAP and Oracle systems and their processes (e.g. procure to pay, order to cash)Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
