Hours: PRN (Could be once every 2 weeks, or twice for the entire assignment)
Caseload/Details:
Kindergarten student
Receiving instruction in the general education setting
Services for Eligibility - OHI related to bilateral vocal cord paralysis and tracheostomy care
Medical needs include:
Continuous oxygen saturation monitoring
Assessing lung function for coughing, wheezing, or difficulty breathing
Administer nebulizer treatments as needed through tracheostomy
Administer oxygen as needed through tracheostomy
Re-insertion of tracheostomy cannula if dislodged
