Join Our Dynamic Team!

Are you a therapist who is passionate about creating deep, meaningful connections with your clients? Do you believe in therapy that goes beyond just listening and nodding? We're looking for a compassionate, engaged therapist who shares our commitment to helping clients heal, grow, and transform.

At Counsollogy, we don't just treat symptoms—we help people uncover their authentic selves and build lives worth living. If you're ready to be part of a practice where warmth, intuition, and genuine connection drive everything we do, we'd love to hear from you.

We're seeking a Registered Intern or Licensed Therapist (all levels of licensure encouraged to apply) who is excited to grow and serve clients in a group private practice environment, free from the typical administrative headaches that accompany managing a private practice caseload.

About Us:

Our practice is fully remote and growing. It is built on the belief that everyone deserves to feel truly seen, heard, and known. We're not the type of therapists who sit back passively, we're actively engaged with our clients through both their painful and joyful moments. We use our warmth, intuition, and yes, even humor, to create genuine connections that facilitate real healing.

We help our clients listen to their emotions and intuition so they can feel better emotionally and physically, but most importantly, start to feel like themselves again. Our approach focuses on uncovering what's happening below the surface to address root causes, not just surface-level concerns.

We offer therapy services for adults, teens, and couples. We're committed to providing the highest quality mental health services in a supportive and inclusive environment where both our clients and team members can flourish.

You’ll have the flexibility to choose the hours you work within a structure that will keep you happy. We offer an energetic collegial atmosphere, a strong referral base, complete administrative support, and supervision to make sure you enhance and continue to grow your clinical practice.
• Evenings and weekend availability is a must for this position. 10-15 hours a week with opportunities to grow to full time.

Our Vision

We help people uncover what’s keeping them stuck and to break free from their past, heal from their pain, and discover their authentic self.

Our Core Values

Be yourself

Stay Curious

Lead with kindness

Authentic Connection

Find the fun: Work hard/Play hard

What We Offer:
• A supportive environment where your professional growth is valued
• Autonomy to practice with the population and modality that you enjoy the most
• Highly competitive hourly compensation based on license and experience level ($42-$60)
• Flexibility in scheduling; work-life balance is a top priority for our staff
• Supervision for registered interns
• Focus on what you do best (being a therapist), not the paperwork - access to technology and admin staff to automate your paperwork, billing, and overall experience
• Marketing done by Counsollogy to fill your case load
• A chance to be part of meaningful, transformative work every single day

We know that finding the right therapeutic home is just as important for therapists as it is for clients. We're committed to creating an environment where you can do your best work while feeling supported, valued, and get to be yourself.

What You’ll Do:
• Empower Clients: Help clients uncover root causes of their struggles and build lasting coping strategies through therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate life’s challenges and achieve their personal goals.
• Innovate & Collaborate: Work with a dynamic team, sharing insights and strategies to continually enhance our services and outcomes.
• Grow & Thrive: Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to our practice's warm, supportive culture.

What We’re Looking For:

If you're a licensed therapist who shares our passion for deep, transformative work, we want to connect with you. We're looking for someone who:
• Licensed Therapist / Registered Intern: Hold a valid clinical license in Florida LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, RMHCI, RMFTI, RCSWI
• Experience & Expertise: Has experience providing therapy for clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or relationship issues. Must practice from a trauma focused lens.
• Couples Experience & Expertise: Specialized training in one or more couples therapy modalities (EFT, Gottman, etc.)
• Compassion & Empathy: Believes in active, engaged therapeutic approaches and values authentic connection and isn't afraid to bring their whole self to their work
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment. Must share our commitment to helping clients uncover root causes, not just manage symptoms.
• Technology Knowledge: Has knowledge and ability to use Google Suite, and knowledge of Jane App is a plus.
