About Our Client: Our client is a vibrant and engaging teenager who loves to socialize and chat! She enjoys using her iPad, watching YouTube, and playing board games with her nurses. She lives at home with her loving parents in a clean, smoke-free, and pet-free environment. Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care to our teenage client, including: Tracheostomy care and management Ventilator management G-tube feeding administration Medication administration Monitoring vital signs and overall health status Providing emotional support and companionship Collaborate with the client’s family and interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Qualifications: Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan. Current CPR certification. Experience with trach, vent, and g-tube care preferred, but we are willing to provide onsite training for the right candidate! Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Perform duties outlined in patient's plan of care TBI + SCI rehabilitation Pediatrics & Adults Ventilator and Tracheotomy care (Training Provided) Gastrostomy tube care (Training Provided) Dispensing medications Observe client’s physical, mental and emotional conditions.
