We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Account Executive to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our industry-leading team, you will be responsible for managing complex personal insurance programs for affluent clients and families, delivering innovative and effective solutions that empower results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth personal insurance clients with complex insurance needs
Build, expand, and solidify relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive business growth and retention
Broker and maintain insurance policies and risk management solutions on behalf of clients
Conduct annual reviews and coordinate client-related billing matters
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and support
Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with insurers, clients, and colleagues
Achieve assigned revenue growth and retention metrics
Requirements:
Property and Casualty Broker's License required
5-10 years of client service experience in high net-worth personal insurance
Insurance designations such as CPCU, CIC, CPRM, CPRIA, AFIS, or ARM preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
