We are seeking a Privacy and Data Security Lawyer to join our team on a flexible, fully remote basis. We are considering candidates on both a part-time and full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of significant experience with the following: Advising on compliance across all aspects of global privacy law and regulation, including data protection, data retention, data security and data breach rules. Updating privacy policies, negotiating and drafting master services agreements in accordance with global privacy requirements and providing support to the development of guidelines, training and tools to support privacy accountability and compliance. Working with and advising business and compliance clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions.
