Project Director, Quantitative

The Project Director, Quantitative will manage multiple projects, develop research practices, and interact with clients to understand their business needs.ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of a solid understanding of good research practices and demonstrated ability to serve as a Co-Project Manager and back-up on multiple projects simultaneouslyQuantitative Project Directors will begin their tenure with Adelphi Research in Quantitative research but will also be exposed to qualitative research. It is expected that a Quantitative Project Director will become proficient in their primary area and gain a basic level of knowledge in the qualitative areaIn person client travel is requiredParticipate in market research software trainingRun analysis using market research softwareWrite first drafts of screeners and questionnaires, make edits to questionnaires, based on project lead and client feedbackParticipate in an in-person pretest sessions, moderate in-person/telephone pretest sessionsUnderstand how to check soft launch data and how to monitor fieldwork through reportalCheck online surveys thoroughly to ensure they are programmed accuratelyUnderstand how to check a data set to ensure logic is being followedProvide direction for report template creationProvide direction for data file cleaning, run basic tables for output from analysesDraft sections of, or entirety of report with direction and at the discretion of the project leadCheck data in reports for statistical significance, check codes on open-ended questionsPost data, if required, understand how to QC posted dataPresent to âfriendly audienceâ on relatively simple/focused studiesConduct review of secondary sources (Internet, publications, associations) for published information on therapy areas and identification of key opinion leaders (KOLs)Provide appropriate/relevant information to assist with disease background knowledge for proposals and project workAcquire and develop skills necessary to perform as a primary (1st) project director on straightforward projectsPrepare for and conduct internal kick-off meetingsInterface with clients under guidance of senior project staff, and demonstrate an ability to understand clientsâ business needsWith senior staff, participate in client visits to secure new and repeat businessSkillsBachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 1 year of experience in market research, knowledge of pharma/biotech industries a plusCreative, innovative and analytical thinker with outstanding communications and organization skillsHighly skilled in Power Point, Word, Excel, and other relevant softwareCompany OverviewOmnicom Health is the worldâs most comprehensive, multi-specialty healthcare communications network.
