Privacy and Cybersecurity Attorney

JURISolutions seeking a senior level attorney with extensive experience managing complex security and privacy contracting terms with third parties. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in privacy and security contract drafting, a strong understanding of privacy and cyber laws, and comfort navigating risk discussions. A clear understanding of the distinction between commercial and regulatory contracting is essential. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across infosec, privacy, risk, procurement, and various business units, demanding a strategic approach that balances business enablement with strict adherence to regulatory requirements. This engagement can be done remotely with an in-person option for those located in NYC. It is expected to last 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension.
