What you'll doContribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product directionLead end-to-end design projects, participate in weekly design critiques, and work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality implementationCome up with features and improvements that ship quickly and with high-qualityCreate flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for your featuresHelp with hiring and establishing a design culture within the companyHelp establish early processes that continue to advocate our attention to detail and design-centric approachRequirements:Passion for design and figuring out best-in-class solutions to UX, UI, and interaction challengesA portfolio of excellent product designs delivered within a fast-paced environmentAbility to think through complex interaction designAbility to express ideas through visuals and prototyping (Lyra uses Figma)Experience with design systemsExcellent visual, UI, and interaction skillsWhat we offerInteresting and challenging workCompetitive salary and equity10-year exercise window for stock options.
