Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Project management, including planning and executing site investigation and remediation projects, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring quality and client satisfaction, and driving profitability.Leading meetings with clients, regulatory personnel, and other stakeholders to drive project success.Business development, including securing new clients, fostering long-term client relationships, leading proposal preparation, and developing and executing a strategic business development plan.Preparing technical reports, letters, memoranda, plans, specifications, and proposals that reflect innovation and technical excellence.Mentoring and leadership of senior, mid-career, and junior staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.Managing work to meet contract schedules, regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and high standards of care.Occasional fieldwork, including multi-media environmental sampling, sediment characterization, drilling oversight, contractor supervision, and remediation system operations, maintenance, and construction.

Education and Licensure:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, environmental science or a related field of study (required)Advanced degree in engineering, geology, or environmental science, or a related field of study (preferred)Professional registration - (e.g. P.Eng/P.Geol) (preferred)

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
At least 10 years (15+ preferred) of relevant consulting or client-side experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)Strong expertise in site investigation & remediation for the oil and gas sector (required)Experience working in multi-disciplinary project teams. (required)Demonstrated success in client development and management. (required)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment, managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and traveling to client sites as needed. (required)Valid Canadian driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel. (required)
