Principal Product Manager, Rentals Applications – Screening
Job Description: • Own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for Zillow’s screening ecosystem • Partner with Engineering to evolve the screening platform • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Partner teams • Define success metrics for performance, trust, and conversion • Translate complex technical and regulatory dependencies for senior leadership • Mentor other PMs across the Rentals organization Requirements: • 8+ years in a Product Management role • Ecommerce and/or marketplace experience preferred • Customer-obsessed mindset • Track record of shipping and scaling products that handle sensitive data or high transaction volume • Strong project management and organizational skills • Experience influencing cross-functional teams and executives through data, storytelling, and clarity of thought • Outstanding eye for business • Strong sense of ownership and capability to prioritize across multiple intersecting initiatives Benefits: • equity awards based on experience, performance and location Apply tot his job
