Develop and implement strategic plans for the integration and utilization of Salesforce Health Cloud within Northwell Health's IT&S department.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and requirements related to Salesforce Health Cloud.
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce Health Cloud architecture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in Salesforce Health Cloud and make recommendations for adoption and implementation.
Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support in their use of Salesforce Health Cloud.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of Salesforce Health Cloud processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to optimize the use of Salesforce Health Cloud and drive innovation in healthcare technology.
Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Health Cloud, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments within Northwell Health.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of Salesforce Health Cloud and make recommendations for enhancements and improvements.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to healthcare technology and data security.
Represent Northwell Health at industry events and conferences, showcasing our use of Salesforce Health Cloud and promoting our innovative approach to patient care.
