Office Clerk Responsibilities:
Collecting surveys and updating the company software
Tracking shipments time of arrival and delivery information
Monitor emails to resolve issues and best predict timely product arrival
Secure customer payments and ensure the agent has accurate information
Act as liaison between the customer and the agent to determine arrival times and best course of action
Investigate and assess property damage and review estimates.
Office Clerk Experience:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, SharePoint)
Ability to operate office equipment (fax machines, printers, scanners)
Strong data entry skills
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to listen and assess situations.
