Each member of the Bracco Medical Technologies team has the power to make a difference......every day!The Principal Imaging Specialist – Strategic Accounts is responsible for providing advanced clinical, procedural, and educational support for strategic accounts with a focused emphasis on coronary intervention and intravascular ultrasound (IVUS). This role partners closely with interventional cardiologists, cath lab leadership, and sales leadership to drive best-practice adoption, procedural consistency, and optimized clinical outcomes.The position requires intensive case support within designated strategic accounts for an extensive time period, ensuring sustained adoption, proficiency, and integration of IVUS-guided coronary intervention. The Strategic imaging Specialist position functions as a trusted clinical expert and strategic partner, with flexibility to adapt responsibilities as account needs evolve.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Clinical & Case SupportProvide in-lab case support for coronary interventions with emphasis on IVUS-guided PCIAssist with integration and maintenance of capital equipment Support strategic accounts for extended engagement periods to ensure durable adoptionServe as a trusted clinical resource during complex coronary casesReinforce IVUS best practices and evidence-based decision-makingMaintain accurate and thorough records including data managementStrategic Account EngagementPartner with sales and regional leadership on account-specific strategiesBuild relationships with physicians, staff, and hospital leadershipIdentify barriers to adoption and develop tailored solutionsDetermine account needs for additional products in the ACIST Medical portfolio Education & TrainingDeliver structured and informal IVUS education and case reviews both on and off site when applicableProvide hands-on training and post-procedure debriefsExecute all training and education with the end goal of developing physicians and staff to a point of self-sufficiencyCross-Functional CollaborationCommunicate voice-of-customer feedback internallyCoordinate with service and operations teams when applicableFlexibility of ResponsibilitiesAdapt responsibilities based on evolving account and business needsSupport reassignment or expanded initiatives as requiredQualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities): Minimum3–5 years of cardiovascular cath lab experience OR relevant work experienceHands-on IVUS-guided PCI experienceStrong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skillsKnowledge of anatomy and physiology of the cardiovascular systemWillingness to travel extensivelyPreferred: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, or equivalent experienceRCIS, RN, or equivalent credentialExperience with complex coronary casesStrong clinical education and presentation skillsOther:Ability to travel a minimum of 70-80% of the time or as required by role Able to lift and manipulate equipment weighing 50 lbs.Must be able to meet and maintain customer/medical facility access requirements, including regular or periodic drug screenings with a satisfactory result in accordance with the requirements of the customer/medical facility servicedValid driver’s licenseCompensation & Total Rewards:Estimated Starting Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000*Estimated Starting Salary Range is reflective of the range Bracco Medical Technologies reasonably expects to pay for the position.
