Responsibilities Lead the electrical design and engineering efforts for data center projects. Develop and review electrical drawings, specifications, and due diligence reports. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative design solutions. Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and industry standards. Optimize electrical systems for energy efficiency and reliability. Conduct feasibility studies for new electrical systems and upgrades. Oversee the design and implementation of power distribution and backup systems. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering design, preferably in data centers. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices. Proficiency in electrical design software and tools. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative design solutions. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information. Travel Ability to travel up to 20% for site development and delivery across North America with infrequent international travel as needed.
