As a member of the Data Insights team which supports all AT&T business segments, the Principal-Data Analysis is responsible for leading data enablement efforts across the compensation technology stack. This is a high visibility role which interacts with Sales leaders in Mid-Markets, Enterprise Markets, and Alliance.
• Analyze end-to-end data architecture capabilities in relation to new business requirements and changes in interfaces/data sources.
• Evaluate proposals to augment data mapping rules between applications - Factory Volumes, Databank, bizComp, ETL, and Varicent
• Provide recommendations to leadership concerning the prioritization of enhancements and defects
• Build monthly release plans to enhance the accuracy and performance of data flows
• Ensure data sourcing solutions are delivered on time through oversight of Define, Build, and Test stage gates

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related field

Experience: Knowledge of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platforms with technical project management skills (8-10 years of experience in similar area of responsibility).
