Class A Equipment Haul Driver
PLEASE READ REQUIREMENTS & JOB DESCRIPTION BEFORE APPLYING People Source is seeking a skilled Equipment Haul Driver that has experience with Loading/Unloading Equipment to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating Boom Lifts to load/Unload them to ensure the efficient loading, unloading, and movement of goods within the construction site. Must Have Recent Verifiable 2yrs Experience in Equipment Hauling (No Exception / Will Not Train) Responsibilities:
Schedule: PM Shift. Mon- Fri Either 8pm-4am or 6pm-4am.
Needs to have 2-3 years experience of equipment hauling & loading/unloading
Driver will have to Load/ Unload Equipment They will pick up the equipment from the yard
Load the Boom Lift & take it to the construction site & then sit for 8-9 hours until they are done using it, then the driver will load it back up and take it back to the yard
Must be flexible to go between Yard in North Dallas & Mansfield
Safely transport goods throughout the construction site while adhering to all safety protocols.
Perform routine inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and maintain a clean work environment.
Skills
Proficiency in operating Boom Lifts.
Proficiency in Equipment Hauling
Proficiency in operating Tilt Trailers
Experience with shipping and receiving processes at construction site.
Strong attention to detail for accurate inventory management.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting while maintaining individual accountability.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with other staff.
A valid Class A CDL is mandatory.
Requirements:
Must be 21 years old and possess a valid Class A Commercial drivers license
Must have Clean MVR
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must understand the laws, rules, and regulations governing driving motor vehicles
Able to safely operate any commercial motor vehicle
Able to stay calm and function in a stressful, unexpected, or emergency situation
Must pass pre-employment drug screening
Must pass pre-employment background screening
Verification of Employment & work authorization status
