Someone who is patient and has great listening skills . 12+yrs experience should be fine.Job Title: Principal Architect (Cloud, Rapid Prototyping & GenAI)Location: Remote (USA)Job Type: W2 Contract Healthcare technology clients to bring in a hands-on Principal Architect who will play a critical role in their Incubation Team. This role is ideal for a highly technical individual contributor who thrives on rapid experimentation, cloud-native development, and applying cutting-edge technologies especially in Google Cloud Platform and Generative AI to real-world healthcare challenges.Role Overview:As a Principal Architect, you will be directly responsible for designing and building innovative prototypes and solutions that could shape the future of digital healthcare. You ll work closely with cross-functional teams to transform ideas into scalable proof-of-concepts, all while staying deeply hands-on in coding, architecture, and cloud deployment.This is not a purely strategic or oversight role you will be expected to roll up your sleeves and build.Key Responsibilities:Architect and develop cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) for healthcare products and services.Rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas to validate technical and product feasibility.Leverage Generative AI models and frameworks (LLMs, Vertex AI, Hugging Face, etc.) to build intelligent healthcare applications.Write clean, scalable code and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Google Cloud Platform Cloud Run, Firestore, PubSub, BigQuery, etc.).Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical designs.Ensure architectural decisions align with security, scalability, and healthcare compliance standards.Continuously explore and recommend new technologies and frameworks to support innovation.Requirements:15+ years of experience in software development and architecture.Strong hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (preferred) or other cloud platforms.Experience in rapid prototyping and delivering functional MVPs.Solid knowledge of GenAI, including prompt engineering, API integration, Vertex AI, and use of LLMs in production environments.Proficient in modern development languages such as Python, Typescript and also building REST APIs using frameworks such as Fast APIExperience with containerization (Docker based) and infrastructure as code (Terraform).Experience with Frontend Frameworks such as React is a plus.Understanding of healthcare domain, data standards (FHIR, HL7), and compliance (HIPAA) is a plus.Self-driven, highly technical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.Why This Role?Work on high-impact innovation projects for a rapidly growing healthcare tech company.Be part of a core incubation team exploring the latest in GenAI, cloud, and health tech.Stay hands-on and drive real-world innovation from idea to prototype.Ready to architect the future of healthcare innovation?Apply now and bring your expertise to a team that s reshaping the industry one prototype at a time.Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
