**Responsibilities**

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

* Answering customer inquiries promptly via live chat, providing professional and accurate information to resolve their queries and concerns.
* Maintaining a deep knowledge of arenaflex's services and solutions to offer relevant support and guidance to customers.
* Identifying customer concerns and challenges, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

**Requirements**

To be successful as a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
