ComplexCon is our flagship festival bringing together the world’s most influential brands and artists for an unforgettable weekend of style, sneakers, art, design, food, music, inspiration and more. ——————————————————————————————————— Who You Are • 3+ years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or a related field ideally within advertising, media, or brand partnerships. • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Photoshop. • Demonstrated expertise in utilizing AI tools to render images, ensuring that AI-generated visuals are seamlessly integrated into high-quality, engaging presentations. • A strong understanding of visual storytelling and design principles, with an eye for transforming strategic ideas into engaging, client-ready presentations. • Highly meticulous with a passion for delivering polished, high-quality work while maintaining brand consistency. • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with strategists and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects and shifting priorities with ease. What You’ll Do • Collaborate with strategists to intake outlines and convert them into compelling, client-facing decks in Figma. • Source high-quality imagery and leverage AI tools to render unique visuals that enhance the storytelling of each presentation. • Design and maintain a library of customizable deck templates that align with brand guidelines and elevate the presentation experience. • Ensure every presentation adheres to high standards of design, narrative flow, and consistency across all client materials. • Keep current with emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices to continually innovate and improve presentation quality. $10,000 – $11,000 a month The Pay Range, which consists of salary and commission, for this position is listed.
