Presales Manager - USA
The Pre-Sales & Solutions Manager – USA will support US-based sales teams and customers by providing solution consulting, product demonstrations, and technical sales support for ManageArtworks’ SaaS platform. Key DeliverablesSales & Deal Support Support US sales teams through the full sales cycle Conduct product demos, solution walkthroughs, and presentations Understand customer requirements and map them to product capabilities Solution Consulting Act as a trusted advisor to prospects during evaluations Create use-case-driven solution proposals Support RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Product, and Services teams Provide structured feedback to Product on customer gaps and requests Enablement & Assets Build and maintain demo environments, presentations, and solution documentation Help improve sales enablement material for the US market Stay updated on product releases and roadmap Requirements4–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Sales Engineering Strong B2B SaaS / Enterprise Software understanding Experience in solution consulting or pre-sales roles Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to engage confidently with US-based customers Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills Prior experience supporting US or international customers Experience with enterprise or regulated-industry solutions is a plus Willingness to work US time zone overlaps Graduate degree required; technical background preferred
