Presales Executive
This is a remote position.We are hiring a Presales Executive with 1 to 3 years experience for CoFee, our in-house SaaS product that streamlines fee collection for enterprises, making financial management easier.Website - https://www.cofee.life/What you will do:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain the CoFee product.
Follow up on leads generated via campaigns or web inquiries.
Fix appointments and schedule product demos for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses in CRM tools.
Share product information and resolve basic queries related to features and benefits.

Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada.
Confidence and clarity while speaking with clients over the phone.
A proactive attitude with persistence in follow-ups.
Basic understanding of SaaS products or tech-based services is a plus.
