Key Responsibilities As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Handling customer inquiries and concerns related to lost or stolen cards, providing timely and effective resolutions. Processing disputes and shutting down debit cards to prevent potential fraud, ensuring customer account security. Maintaining a professional and empathetic tone throughout all customer interactions, even in challenging situations. Working non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to provide 24/7 support to our clients. Utilizing our provided equipment and technology to manage customer calls and resolve issues efficiently. Troubleshooting customer issues and providing solutions or escalating concerns as needed. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED); an Associate's degree is preferred. At least 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or related environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. A reliable, wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps (no Wi-Fi). A compatible Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) smartphone for remote queue connection. The ability to work independently in a home-based environment with minimal supervision. Once training is completed, you will be assigned to one of our available scheduling options, including full-time and part-time positions.
