Premise Liability Case Manager - Remote
This is a remote position.We are seeking an experienced Premises Liability Case Manager to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting a U.S.-based personal injury law firm.What You’ll Do:
Manage a caseload of premises liability claims from intake through settlement
Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
Gather and organize medical records, bills, and case documentation
Assist attorneys with case development and strategy
Maintain accurate case notes and ensure deadlines are met
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Strong experience handling premises liability cases (slip and fall, negligent security, etc.)
Experience working with U.S.-based law firms
Preferred: Experience handling cases in Texas or California
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
