Pre-Litigation Case Manager, Georgia

What You’ll DoIn this role, you will be responsible for:Assist attorneys and case managers in reviewing and assessing the merits of clients’ Personal Injury claims by organizing, reviewing, and summarizing records, documents, and evidence to support early case evaluation and valuationSupport the development of claims from intake through resolution by gathering documentation, summarizing liability and damages, and ensuring complete, accurate case files prior to demandPrepare and organize demand packages, including medical summaries, billing summaries, liability documentation, and supporting evidence to maximize claim value and facilitate negotiationsServe as a primary point of contact for clients during the pre-litigation phase, providing updates, requesting documentation, explaining processes, and maintaining compassionate, consistent communicationCommunicate with insurance carriers to confirm coverage, provide documentation, track claim status, and assist attorneys in negotiating settlementsMaintain organized electronic case files, track deadlines and treatment progress, update case management systems, and ensure all pre-litigation milestones are met efficientlyUphold professional ethics, confidentiality, and compliance with all applicable legal rules, firm policies, and regulatory requirementsAt TopDog Law, everyone is expected to think critically, communicate clearly, and take ownership of their work.How This Role Drives the BusinessThis role is critical to our success because it:Maximizes case value through strong advocacy, sound judgment, and strategic litigation executionMoves cases efficiently through the litigation lifecycle to support faster resolutions and healthier cash flowProtects and elevates the TopDog Law brand through professionalism, preparation, and credibility with courts, opposing counsel, and clientsReduces risk and rework by spotting issues early, making decisive recommendations, and communicating clearly across teamsSupports scale by following and improving litigation processes that allow the firm to grow without sacrificing qualityYour ability to balance speed, strategy, and quality ensures clients are well-served, teams stay aligned, and the firm continues its rapid, disciplined growth.What Success Looks LikeWithin your first 6–12 months, success in this role looks like:You consistently move cases toward resolution by keeping files organized, complete, and settlement-readyYou proactively identify missing records, gaps in treatment documentation, and next steps to increase case valueYou communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, building trust and confidenceYou support attorneys and case managers by reducing administrative burden and improving efficiencyYou contribute to timely, favorable settlements and high client satisfactionQualificationsRequired:2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in GeorgiaStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and billsAbility to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a teamNice to Have:Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate (not required)Experience in high-volume or fast-growing law firmsFamiliarity with Personal Injury claims processes and insurance proceduresExperience with case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate)Comfort working in evolving systems and processesAbout TopDog LawTopDog Law is a nationally scaling, fully integrated, personal injury law firm with strong partner relationships across the country.
