We need an English-fluent Accounts Receivables LATAM, based in Bogota, Colombia, or Monterrey, Mexico, available to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
• Serves as one of the two POLs in the Americas reporting directly to the SSC Director, partnering to design, implement, and evaluate a global Accounts Receivables strategy that engages global business services, and internal customers to strategically manage the Accounts Receivables regional workforce.
• Serves as a daily operational management contact for discussion, evaluation, and design of any additional service lines, added to the scope of services to be provided by the Global Accounts Receivables Lead and the SSC Director.
• Strong, motivated Accounts Receivables talent recruited on time and within budget.
• Maintains positive relationships with key stakeholders.
• Promotes and supports the establishment of Service Partnership Agreements (SPA’s) with SSC.
• Participates actively with the Accounts Receivables Global Lead and the SSC Director to develop and maintain a sound AR Architectural framework for the system.
• Proactively leads deployment and issue management to drive optimization/stabilization of the Accounts Receivables Talent team.
• Leads performance management, guidance and direction, coaching, mentoring, and support for all direct reports.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive understanding, commitment, and support for the Accounts Receivables team.
• Actively engages with and provides guidance and leadership to the regional Accounts Receivables SSC team, providing input into SSC SPAs and KPIs.
• Manages and instills an environment focused on continuous process improvement and customer service excellence.
• Manages strategies focused on the enhancement of the overall Accounts Receivables Strategy through technology and innovation to facilitate the continuous improvement of services.
• Drives end-to-end standard processes for Accounts Receivables SSC in Americas.
• Positive and constructive relationships with key stakeholders as measured by customer feedback and peer reviews.
• Meeting and/or exceeding all KPI’s and Service Partnership Agreement terms and conditions.
• Continuous improvement culture exists within the organization as evidenced through improved metrics and efficiencies.
• Governance processes are in place for process change.

Requirements:
• 6+ years of related experience in Accounts Receivables, preferably in collections and cash applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in Accounts Receivables, including business services technology, processes, metrics, and best practices.
• Operational understanding of Accounts Receivables Systems, architectures, and other enabling technologies.
• Strong Customer Service Focus, on both internal & external customers.
• Management presence with strong relationships at both the Corporate and regional levels and ability to work across all management levels within the client's company.
• Operational understanding of Accounts Receivables Systems, architectures, and other enabling technologies.
• Embraces and drives change; stays abreast of best practices in Accounts Receivables and aspires to leverage new technologies as appropriate.
• Demonstrated experience in daily service delivery operations.
• Strategic in nature; Drives performance, efficiency, and effectiveness; highly organized with attention to detail.
• Confident, proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, goal and results-oriented, with experience in managing large organizations.

Compensation:
• The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $2,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
• This position will start with a trial period of 3 months (full-time), depending on your performance will be extended as long-term contract.
• This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
• The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
