Pre-Licensed Mental Health Clinician
We are seeking full-time Pre-Licensed Clinicians to join our dynamic team. Located in the South Metro area (clinic space TBD). Ideal candidates will be passionate about providing comprehensive mental health care while integrating holistic interventions.
While this position is labeled as Remote currently, this role will eventually become In-Person upon the opening of our Physical Clinic, in the South Metro, Twin Cities area.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate both mental health therapy and holistic wellness practices.
ā¢ Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices for mental health treatment and integrating complementary holistic therapies as appropriate.
ā¢ Collaborate with a team of holistic providers, including yoga therapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and mindfulness experts, to ensure a seamless and integrative approach to client care.
ā¢ Document sessions, track client progress, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
ā¢ Participate in regular team meetings, contributing to treatment planning and collaborative care efforts.
ā¢ Provide clients with the support they need to achieve long-term healing, incorporating both traditional mental health approaches and holistic wellness practices.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Must be pre-licensed (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or similar) with the appropriate state-level supervision.
ā¢ Experience in conducting individual and group therapy using evidence-based methods.
ā¢ Experience in providing one-on-one and group sessions for clients seeking support.
ā¢ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
ā¢ Ability to document treatment plans, client progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
ā¢ Passion for working in an integrated healthcare setting, blending traditional and holistic approaches.
