Junior Business Analyst – Privacy Compliance Support (Hybrid Role)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team as a Privacy Compliance Support specialist. As a key member of our Privacy team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our technical systems comply with applicable privacy regulations. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely with a 2-day on-site requirement in Rosslyn, VA. Job Summary: The Junior Business Analyst - Privacy Compliance Support will support the development, review, and analysis of privacy artifacts, policies, and reports. You will assist in maintaining compliance with privacy regulations, support onboarding and training activities, and contribute to the development of privacy reports to Congress. Key Responsibilities: • Draft, review, and analyze Privacy Threshold Analyses, Privacy Impact Assessments, and System or Records Notices • Support the review, update, and development of privacy policies • Exchange status updates, identify priorities, and discuss privacy concerns with stakeholders • Assist in conducting Privacy Oversight Reviews and analyzing new and emerging privacy issues • Support training program requirements, including onboarding, training, and creating training materials • Assist in the development of privacy reports to Congress Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have: • Associate's degree • 1-3 years of experience in an IT environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong grammar and writing skills • Ability to work well independently and within a team environment • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure • U.S. Citizenship (required for DHS clearance) Preferred Qualifications: Clearance preference will be given to candidates with: • Active DHS/CISA suitability • Any DHS badge + DoD Top Secret • DoD Top Secret + willingness to obtain DHS/CISA suitability About Sev1Tech LLC: Sev1Tech is a leading provider of IT modernization, engineering, and program management solutions.
