About the Role We are seeking a communications & public relations professional to help package the incredible work that is happening across the company into a set of compelling narratives that resonate with our customers and community. This will be a challenging, fast paced role that has you at the center of all of the amazing partnerships and product research coming out of the company. You'll partner closely with growth, engineering, research, and our leadership team to deliver world-class content. Specifically, you will: • Own and execute global product and technology communications strategies that drive the business forward and reinforce the company’s reputation as the category leader • Be a trusted advisor to executive leadership and key cross-functional partners, including product, growth, partnerships, and policy teams • Manage company news and announcements across earned and owned channels – leverage media relationships to secure coverage across top technology and business publications and drive strategy and brand consistency across company socials and blog • Proactively secure and help prioritize inbound media and speaking engagement requests • Build the bench of executive thought leaders across the company; develop exec comms plans, seed them with content ideas for their socials, and prep ahead of speaking events Requirements • This is a high autonomy, high impact, and high growth role. The ideal candidate must have a passion for technology, AI Audio, and voice-first interfaces. Additionally, we are looking for someone with: • Comms/marketing experience at a high growth SAAS/AI company preferred • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Can understand and speak to both highly technical developer audiences and non-technical enterprise and creator audiences • Has strong attention to detail and sweats the small stuff when it comes to content • Has strong relationships with prominent tech and business outlets while also being adept at navigating and securing coverage across emerging channels such as podcasts, newsletters, or others that may be better suited for reaching our target audiences • Strong track record of building communications programs 0-1, thinking creatively, and driving business and product narratives forward • Excitement to operate as a player/coach; you’ll be building the Eleven Labs brand as part of a small, nimble teamLikely spends a good portion of their day reading tech news across platforms Location This role is remote and can be executed globally.
