PPC/Paid Ads Specialist/Google/Meta (Remote | Full-Time)
Responsibilities
• Develop, launch, and optimize high-impact paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Perform audience research, keyword targeting, and craft compelling ad copy that resonates
• Conduct A/B testing to boost ad performance, landing pages, and targeting strategies
• Track and analyze key metrics (like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to assess campaign effectiveness
• Continuously refine campaigns to maximize conversions and improve ROAS
• Provide insightful, actionable reports for both the marketing team and clients
• Work with creative teams to develop creative ad visuals that captivate audiences
• Collaborate with account managers to align campaigns with client goals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates and best practices
• Perform competitive research to identify new opportunities
• Implement fresh strategies to keep campaigns ahead of the curve
• Ensure all ads comply with platform policies and client branding standards
• Conduct routine audits to maintain accuracy and consistency
Requirements
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• Expertise in PPC Strategies, bid management, and audience targeting
• Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics
• Excellent ad copywriting and data analysis abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Preferred
• Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications
• Experience with remarketing, display ads and programmatic advertising
• Familiarity with CRM Tools (like Go High Level) and marketing automation
• Basic understanding of SEO to align paid and organic efforts
