Our team supports clients with digital marketing strategy, paid media, SEO, website development, and brand growth.
Position Overview
We are seeking a PPC and SEO Campaign Manager to oversee paid media performance and coordinate digital marketing execution across our internal teams. This role will be responsible for managing advertising strategy, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring collaboration between our SEO team, developers, designers, and video editors.
The ideal candidate has strong experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns within a marketing agency environment and understands how paid media integrates with SEO, landing pages, and content strategy.
This is a remote part-time or contract role.
Core Responsibilities
Paid Media Management
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
• Monitor daily performance, budgets, and conversion metrics
• Identify optimization opportunities to improve cost per lead and return on ad spend
• Coordinate creative updates with internal design and video teams
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and campaign setup
SEO & Website Coordination
• Work closely with the SEO team to support keyword strategy, landing pages, and on-page optimization
• Coordinate with website developers for technical SEO implementation and landing page deployment
• Monitor organic traffic growth and search visibility
Campaign Oversight & Coordination
• Oversee campaign timelines and task delegation across internal marketing teams
• Ensure marketing assets are delivered on time and aligned with campaign strategy
• Maintain clear communication with leadership regarding campaign performance and updates
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
• Track and report on key marketing metrics including:
• Cost per lead
• Conversion rate
• Ad performance
• Organic search performance
• Maintain organized campaign documentation and reporting dashboards
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads)
• Prior experience working within a digital marketing agency environment
• Strong understanding of PPC campaign structure, optimization, and analytics
• Experience coordinating with SEO teams, developers, and content teams
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with medical, aesthetic, or medspa clients
• Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, etc.
• Experience with WordPress and landing page optimization
