Senior Product Manager, Observability (Remote / EU) - New Role as of Dec 2021!

Instana is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us in defining the future of Hybrid Cloud Observability. As part of a small team at a quickly growing company, the role entails involvement in all steps of the discovery and delivery process as steward of a dedicated product area. At Instana, Product Management plays a key role in driving business outcomes through continuous discovery and close collaboration with product design, engineering and go-to-market teams. Our team interfaces extensively with both our internal and with customers’ organizations, engaging with stakeholders and practitioners alike. Ideal Candidate • Passion for the cloud-native observability space • Product management experience in IT infrastructure or DevOps tooling • Knowledge of continuous discovery techniques • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills • Ability to operate autonomously with a product team and deliver outcomes • Is fluent in written and spoken English Location We have a partially remote team, and are currently hiring from: • Germany • Netherlands • Serbia • UK • Poland • Spain If you prefer to work out of an office, you're welcome to join us in one of our product hubs in Düsseldorf, Munich, or Novi Sad.
