Job Summary
We are seeking a Power BI Developer with Target skills to join our company to support one of our clients in their robust marketing department. Our client is one of the largest non-profit organizations in the country performing humanitarian services.
Experience
⢠Proven experience as a Power BI Developer with a solid portfolio of dashboard projects showcasing advanced visualization skills.
High-Level Project Description: Consultant ensures accurate data collection and collaborates with cross-functional teams to align analytics & digital experience strategies with business goals.
Role:
⢠Configure tracking codes using Adobe Launch (Data Collection/Tags).
⢠Define and maintain data layers, custom events, eVars, props, and processing rules.
⢠Collaborate with developers, marketers, and analysts to align tracking with business objectives.
⢠Conduct QA to validate data accuracy and system performance.
⢠Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR).
⢠Design and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns.
⢠Integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics and other Experience Cloud products.
⢠Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to tagging and data flow.
⢠Provide technical guidance and documentation for stakeholders and developers.
Required Qualifications:
⢠3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Target implementation.
⢠Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development frameworks.
⢠Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud: Analytics, Launch (Data Collection/Tags), and Target.
⢠Strong understanding of the web development lifecycle and analytics integration best practices.
⢠Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Kanban/Scrum) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Soft Skills:
⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
⢠Excellent communication and presentation skills.
⢠Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
