Power BI developer with Target skills

Job Summary
We are seeking a Power BI Developer with Target skills to join our company to support one of our clients in their robust marketing department. Our client is one of the largest non-profit organizations in the country performing humanitarian services.

Experience
• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer with a solid portfolio of dashboard projects showcasing advanced visualization skills.

High-Level Project Description: Consultant ensures accurate data collection and collaborates with cross-functional teams to align analytics & digital experience strategies with business goals.

Role:
• Configure tracking codes using Adobe Launch (Data Collection/Tags).
• Define and maintain data layers, custom events, eVars, props, and processing rules.
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and analysts to align tracking with business objectives.
• Conduct QA to validate data accuracy and system performance.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR).
• Design and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns.
• Integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics and other Experience Cloud products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to tagging and data flow.
• Provide technical guidance and documentation for stakeholders and developers.

Required Qualifications:
• 3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Target implementation.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development frameworks.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud: Analytics, Launch (Data Collection/Tags), and Target.
• Strong understanding of the web development lifecycle and analytics integration best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Kanban/Scrum) and tools like Jira and Confluence.

Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
