Incident HandlingSupport projects during major incidents (e.g. hacking/security incidents, collapse of CEX, etc)Identify root cause and assess impact of incident on Binance and ProjectsWork with internal BUs and external project to minimize impactResearch and Risk ManagementConduct review on performance of listed tokensUnderstand quantitative and qualitative metrics use in reviewing tokens – e.g. product adoption metrics, on-chain metrics, project development, community sentiments, etcIdentify risks associated with tokensRecommend and implement measures on based on risks associated with tokenEvaluate requests from listed projects (rebrand, mainnet integration, swap, etc) Write concise reports on risks identified, requests and incidentsDrive initiatives to improve risk detection and risk mitigationOperationsOnboard new listings (e.g. gather key info, prepare for trading)Liaise with all parties to facilitate operational requests by listed tokens (e.g. airdrop, cross chain swap, old to new swap, etc)Optimize process/SOPRequirements
