Location: Uptown Dallas (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Compensation: $95K–$115K base + $15K–$25K bonus
The Opportunity
High-visibility role with a top-tier investment platform (~$70B+ AUM) supporting complex credit fund structures. This is a fast-paced seat with direct exposure to senior stakeholders, fund activity, and reporting processes—ideal for someone looking to step out of pure grind mode and into a more dynamic, value-add role.
What You’ll Do
- Own accounting for multiple SPVs across credit funds
- Review transactional activity and ensure accuracy/timeliness
- Partner with fund administrators on monthly reporting
- Support audits (financials, footnotes, supporting schedules)
- Prepare external financial statements
- Drive process improvements and support ad hoc initiatives
What They’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of accounting experience (public or private)
- Strong US GAAP and financial reporting foundation
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
- Financial services / hedge fund experience
- Exposure to waterfall models
- CPA (or in progress)
