The Population Health Management Advocate assists in the implementation and ongoing operational management of the Population Health Management suite of products. Develops strong external and internal relationships to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue, membership and earnings objectives for customers in assigned business segments and products. Understands the role of product advocate and assists team members in implementation and ongoing product management. Communicates basic product standards and policies. Uses appropriate information systems technology applications to support client and project activities and objectives.
Develops a mutually rewarding working relationship with client contacts, internal and external team members, to ensure renewal of case and retention. Follows through on outstanding issues to the point of resolution. Executes tactical components of the account teams programmatic plan for each client. Collaborates with account team members and functional support areas on more complex product or service issues to ensure clients needs are being met and resolved. Collaborates with team members on case installation to manage the integration of products and plans for each Population Health Management client, ensuring a smooth installation and continued program satisfaction and success.
Required Qualifications
Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic experience in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, TEAMS)
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Pay Range
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is
$21.10 - $44.99
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
