Platform Support Inventory and Oversight Analyst, Home Lending (Jacksonville, FL or Plano, TX) - JPMorgan Chase - Jacksonville, FL - work from home job Company: JPMorgan Chase Job description: Job Description: As a Platform Support Inventory and Oversight Analyst, you will support the tools used and created by the Home Lending Organizational Effectiveness & Oversight group. You will primarily support the inventory and oversight processes, which ensure citizen developed tools are cataloged and maintained according to firmwide and Line of Business (LOB) requirements. You will also serve as the lead to coordinate work with owners to certify technical utilities such as network drives and SharePoint sites. You must be detail oriented and able to manage multiple concurrent projects successfully. You should also be able to quickly build positive business relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Prior experience with requirements documentation, usability/user acceptance testing, production validation and business engagement during the remediation of production issues are a plus. Job Responsibilities: • Coordinate data gathering, validation and certification of tools built using technologies such as Alteryx, PowerApps, Power Automate, UiPath, Tableau, Power BI and Excel • Manage data, including cross-referencing multiple data sources to validate and update data (Alteryx experience is a plus) • Ability to quickly grasp business processes and the organizational hierarchies that perform them • Perform necessary follow ups with tool owners and developers to ensure required oversight and controls steps are performed and confirmed Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: • Ability to communicate effectively with frontline and senior levels of the organization • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation • Using Excel to review and manage large, interconnected data sets Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: • Alteryx data wrangling • SharePoint site management • Jira issue management • Requirements documentation and user acceptance testing The working schedule for this role will be a 'hybrid' schedule.
