And today, we’re the world’s leading open hotel commerce platform, supporting 50,000 hotels in 150+ countries - with over 130 million reservations processed by SiteMinder’s technology every year.About the Pipeline Operations & Analytics Manager roleThis strategic position is responsible for maintaining pipeline integrity and driving operational efficiency across our global regions, working with AMERS, APAC & EMEA markets. The role combines advanced analytics with operational excellence to ensure efficient pipeline progression, reduce case aging, and optimise resource allocation.As our data intelligence hub, you will compile and analyse performance data from both our SiteMinder product platform, CRM, and various data systems to create comprehensive visibility into onboarding operations. You'll transform raw data from multiple sources into actionable insights that drive growth outcomes, identify revenue opportunities, and optimise team performance. This role is instrumental in identifying and resolving pipeline bottlenecks while providing data-driven performance insights that directly support business decisions and strategic planning.What you will do...Extract, compile, and synthesise data from SiteMinder product platform, Salesforce CRM, and Snowflake data warehouse using SQL queriesBuild and maintain dynamic dashboards in Google Sheets, Tableau, Salesforce to create unified performance visibilityMonitor real-time pipeline and performance health metrics across all regions, tracking conversion rates, activation timelines, and customer progressionIdentify growth opportunities and revenue trends through cross-system data analysisDevelop automated reporting frameworks that pull from multiple data sources to track KPIs and operational metricsAnalyse customer behaviour patterns and product usage data to optimise onboarding pathwaysPipeline Operations & EfficiencyMaintain pipeline integrity across global regions, ensuring data accuracy between Salesforce and product systemsReduce case aging through proactive monitoring and intervention strategies informed by SQL-based analysisOptimise resource allocation based on data-driven workload analysisIdentify and resolve pipeline bottlenecks using insights from both systemsStrategic Analytics & Growth EnablementProvide actionable insights that drive growth outcomes and improve conversion metricsCreate or manage forecasting models using historical data from Salesforce, Snowflake, and product analyticsPartner with leadership to translate data findings into strategic initiativesSupport business decision-making with comprehensive performance analytics delivered through intelligent dashboards and reportsWhat you have...Technical ProficiencyAdvanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysisExperience with Snowflake data warehouse platformProficiency in Tableau for data visualisation and dashboard creationStrong expertise in Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and reportingAdvanced Google Sheets skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulationAnalytical & Operational SkillsProven ability to compile and synthesise data from multiple systems into cohesive insightsStrong analytical mindset with experience translating data into actionable recommendationsExperience in pipeline operations and case managementExcellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detailExperience & BackgroundExperience in operations analytics, revenue operations, or similar roleExperience working with SaaS products and CRM systemsAdvanced proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Snowflake, Google SuiteProven SQL skills and experience with data visualisation toolsExperience working with multi-region, multi-language operationsTrack record of driving operational efficiency through data-driven initiativesExperience working across multiple regions/time zones preferredExcellent project management and stakeholder management skillsFlexibility of working hours is requiredKey CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to work across multiple time zones and culturesStrong communication skills with ability to present complex data simplyProcess-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvementProject management and stakeholder management expertiseOur Perks & Benefits..- Equity packages for you to be a part of the SiteMinder journey - Hybrid working model (in-office & from home) / Fully remote- Mental health and well-being initiatives- Generous parental (including secondary) leave policy- Paid birthday, study and volunteering leave every year- Sponsored social clubs, team events, and celebrations- Employee Resource Groups (ERG) to help you connect and get involved - Investment in your personal growth offering training for your advancementDoes this job sound like you?
