- Promote and grow MasterBrand sales in Home Depot stores within designated territory
- Train and mentor new in-store designers
- Build relationships and generate sales from existing designers
- Assist designers in closing store sales
- Manage sales visits to each store in the territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Outgoing and driven personality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Sales background and skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or related field
- Kitchen design experience
- Experience with 20/20 software
- Knowledge of the cabinet industry
- Experience with large home centers
